Where do you deliver?

We offer free delivery across mainland UK, ensuring our customers receive their orders without any additional delivery costs.

Deliveries to certain locations, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly, may be subject to additional charges due to their location.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Dispatch and delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the design, order quantity and component availability.

Our estimated dispatch times are as follows:

16A Range: 3–7 working days

32A Range: 3–7 working days

63A Range: 4–7 working days

125A Range: 5–11 working days

What is your returns and refunds policy?

We offer free returns and refunds within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition.

After this period, returns will generally only be accepted for faulty products, which may be eligible for a refund, repair or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights.

Custom-built or personalised products may be exempt from our standard returns policy unless they are faulty.
