Our custom build service allows you to select from a range of incoming supplies, outlet configurations and circuit protection options to create a unit suitable for your application.

Not sure where to start? Here are a few things to consider when designing your unit:

1. Incoming Supply – Consider the incoming supply rating and connection type required for your application.
2. Outgoing Connections – Think about the number and type of outlets you'll need, including 16 A, 32 A, 63 A and 125 A connections.
3. Circuit Protection – Consider the electrical protection required, including MCBs, RCDs and RCBOs. Our team can help determine a suitable arrangement.

Enclosure Sizes & Configurations

We offer a range of enclosure sizes to accommodate different power requirements and outlet configurations. From compact distribution units to larger, more complex systems, our enclosures provide flexibility for a wide variety of applications.

Large Enclosure

Dimensions (W × H × D): 584 × 574 × 450 mm

Typically accommodates 15–18 outlets, making it suitable for larger distribution systems requiring multiple outgoing connections, with incoming supplies up to 400A three-phase.

Medium Enclosure

Dimensions (W × H × D): 310 × 574 × 175 mm

Typically accommodates 7–12 outlets, with incoming supplies up to 63A three-phase.

Small Enclosure – With Circuit Protection

Dimensions (W × H × D): 117 × 431 × 69 mm

Typically accommodates 2–4 outlets, providing a compact solution with integrated circuit protection, with incoming supplies up to 63A three-phase. 

Small Enclosure – Without Circuit Protection

Dimensions (W × H × D): 117 × 431 × 69 mm

Typically accommodates 3–6 outlets, offering a compact solution without integrated circuit protection, with incoming supplies up to 63A three-phase.
